Recently Dustin Robbins (27) of Westminster, Colorado was running naked and screaming his head off on a busy Colorado expressway. After stopping traffic, Dustin then proceeded to jump on other people's stopped cars and started breaking their windows. When police arrived, Dustin stated that he was a licensed medical marijuana provider and refused to be arrested. After a minor scuffle, Dustin then proceeded to starting spitting on any officer within range. After police regained control of the situation and were able to calm Dustin down, he was subsequently arrested. Mr. Robbins is now facing 13 counts including indecent exposure, assault and driving under the influence of marijuana.

 I thought people who smoke weed were suppose to be MELLOW! What happened to this guy and why the hell did he freak out? i think this guy needs to cut-back on his weed intake! If his weed smoking is causing him to run naked down a busy highway and then start jumping on cars, maybe there's a drug addiction problem. Then to tell police that your a medical marijuana provider (a so-called medical marijuana provider supplies the product... not smoke it themselves) shows how stoned he was. I was under the impression that California was the only state to allow medical marijuana to be sold legally, as for Colorado, I have not heard of such laws on the books. Then to make things worse, he feels the need to spit on the officers trying to get him out of the street and stop the damage he's causing other vehicles. I realize he was under the influence but even Cheech and Chong would know better than to spit in a police officer's face. If there's one way to PISS a police officer off, that's a great way, I'm surprised the stoner wasn't tasered!

 After a few hours later, when he came down from his BUZZ, I bet he was saying to himself "What the hell just happened?" This guy needs to stop smoking marijuana as soon as possible. If it's going to cause him to run around like a madman and get him arrested then he shouldn't be smoking it in the first place. For the people who feel that legalized marijuana will have no negative effect on society, this guy doesn't help your cause.
